In 2025 I worked as sole picture editor, researcher and rights clearance editor on the book Purple Fever (Carlos Mota), for Vendome Press. A fantastic exploration of the majestic colour which we see in everything from art to zoology. The book features some of the best interios photographers around, including Douglas Friedman, Simon Upton & Bjonr Wallander. From the sublime, varied hues of orchids, pansies, and hydrangea to Georgia O’Keeffe’s Purple Petunia and Monet’s paintings of water lilies in his garden at Giverny; from the brilliant feathers of purple hummingbirds and doves to stained- glass windows, royal robes, and velvet upholstery; from the palest lilac to the deepest violet, the variety of purple is astonishing. Illustrated with Mota’s own photographs, taken as he has traveled the world, as well as images by renowned photographers, P: Forever Purple even features purple rooms by notable designers, among them. The book was published on 16th October 2025.
For 2026, I worked on Secret Montenegro (Ivana Maksimovic Hasecic) is a deeply personal introduction to a country that offers the most spectacular combination of sapphire waters, towering mountains, Byzantine fortresses, and both ancient and contemporary homes. Still uncorrupted by mass tourism, Montenegro is often known as the unsung jewel of the Adriatic. Here, fashion designer Ivana Maksimovic Hasecic takes us on a journey through her beloved homeland in a celebration of the stunning landscapes; marketplaces showcasing stunning traditional crafts, textiles, and embroidery, and much more; medieval monasteries set high in the cliffs; and ancient towns behind 9th-century walls. As we travel around the gorgeous coast, she affords us unprecedented access to some of the oldest domestic interiors in the country as well as chic contemporary homes and artisans' studios. Featuring stunning images by interiors photographer Boz Gagovski, as well as the author's own photographs, we see how traces of the Ottoman Empire remain woven into a country touched by communism and informed by its seafaring past, in what amounts to Hasecic's love letter to her childhood home. This book is due out from Vendome Press in Spring 2026.
In 2024 I worked as sole picture editor, researcher and rights clearance editor on the book Caftans - From Classical to Camp (Cameron Silver), for Vendome Press. It is a beautiful 240 page glossy photographic history of the caftan through fashion. I researched all the images from many of the finest fashion photographers from the last 60 years including Bailey, Irving Penn, Gian Paolo Barbieri, Hiro, Henry Clarke, William Claxton, Ellen Von Unwerth, Deborah Turbeville & Craig McDean. The book was published in October 2024.
I worked on The Times Souvenir Book commemorating the life of David Bowie, researching images, clearances and negotiating fees.
Many years ago I researched images for Chronicle of Britain & Ireland, researching images from the National Trust Photo Library for various sections of this huge book. It was the first time my name appeared in print, which was a very proud moment.
